Return and refund policy

Reservation cancellations can only be made via email to [indirizzo email rimosso] and will be confirmed by Reina Transfer, also via email. If the customer does not receive the cancellation confirmation email, it is their responsibility to contact Reina Transfer by phone at +39 380 649 6151.

Reservation cancellations must be made at least three days before the date of the outbound transfer. In this case, no penalty will be applied, and Reina Transfer will refund only the cost of the booked transfer and any supplements. If the cancellation is made within three days before the transfer, no refund will be issued to the Customer. In case of a no-show, Reina Transfer will charge the full price without any refund.

Any changes to be made to the reservation must be communicated via email to [indirizzo email rimosso], at least twenty-four hours before the booked service. If the customer does not receive the modification confirmation email, it is their responsibility to contact Reina Transfer by phone at +39 380 649 6151, which reserves the right not to accept any modifications.
